Heart of DANCE Library Allows Access Anytime & Anywhere
Learn to dance at home and at your own pace.  Our video library offers a variety of dance classes, from Hip Hop to Musical Theatre.  All classes are designed for people living with developmental disabilities, taking each lesson at a comfortable pace with step by step instruction. Looking to start your morning with energy and feeling good?
